Sourced exclusively from APEDA-approved abbatoirs. Fresh raw material is inspected for color, texture, and temperature upon arrival. Cold chain is maintained to prevent bacterial proliferation.

Multi-stage washing using potable water. Skilled technicians manually trim excess fat and membranes. This rigorous cleaning is critical for producing a low-odor, aesthetically pleasing stick.

Sticks undergo a proprietary pre-drying treatment to neutralize odor. They are then slowly dehydrated at controlled temperatures (70°C - 80°C) for 48-72 hours to achieve moisture levels below 5%.

Post-drying, sticks are precision-cut (6" or 12") and sorted by thickness (Standard, Thick, Jumbo). This ensures uniform calorie count and chew time appropriate for different dog sizes.

Batches are tested for Salmonella and E. Coli. Before packing, every bag/box passes through industrial metal detectors to ensure complete safety for the pet.
